Company directors held a special event to recognise individual accomplishments and thank the entire Soundcraft team for its commitment to professional excellence.
The presentation was led by Commercial Director Michael Bishop, who said: “It is with great pleasure that we are able to personally acknowledge and appreciate the incredible efforts that each one of you brings to your role every single day. Your contributions are invaluable and we want to express our deepest appreciation for the work you do and the positive impact you have on our organisation.”
Michael continued to highlight the many successful projects accomplished by Soundcraft this year, stating: “Your commitment to excellence is what sets us apart, and it is what will continue to drive us forward. Thank you for your outstanding contributions – let’s continue to work together, support one another and strive for even greater heights.”
Production Director Lee Gordon continued to strengthen words of gratitude with a company announcement: “We are excited to share some great news that I believe will positively impact every one of us. As you know, Soundcraft is committed to creating an environment where our team members can thrive both personally and professionally, so we are delighted to introduce a new benefit that we believe aligns perfectly with our commitment to your wellbeing and growth.
“Soundcraft will be implementing holiday entitlement increases based on length of service – it is a benefit designed to reward our loyal staff and help improve the essential work-life balance that we all strive to achieve. We hope this addition to your benefits package reflects our ongoing commitment to your success and happiness here at Soundcraft. We value each and every one of you, and we’re dedicated to ensuring that you have the support and resources you need to excel in your roles.”
In acknowledgement of significant work anniversaries, Lee presented awards and certificates to members of the Soundcraft team whose valued service spans five, 10, 20, and even 25 years, stating: “On behalf of Soundcraft I want to extend our gratitude to each of you for your years of service, we are privileged to have you as part of our team.”
The final award of the day went to Lee Gordon himself on achieving 25 glorious years. Lee, who started his Soundcraft career in 1998, has successfully progressed through the company to position of Production Director and now oversees all aspects of Soundcraft products, from development and specification to delivery and installation.
Huge congratulations to each and every one of the tremendous team for their individual and collective achievements at Soundcraft.
