Joined Soundcraft in 1982 and took over the running of the business from his father (and Soundcraft’s founder) in 1985. Kevin has extensive experience of construction, has responsibility for overall strategic direction, all financial aspects and the Company’s property portfolio.

Rob has been integral to Soundcraft’s success since 1982 and was appointed Managing Director in 2012. An expert in his field, Rob’s wealth of industry experience and in-depth knowledge encompasses all aspects of the business. Overseeing operations at the company’s headquarters in Kent, Rob works closely with his expert teams to lead Soundcraft’s continued expansion and reputation for excellence in the UK construction industry.

Michael joined Soundcraft in 2006, progressing from Fabricator to Fabrication Supervisor and Technical Estimator to Commercial Manager. In honing his specialist skills and extensive product knowledge, Soundcraft is now one of the foremost fabrication companies for UK supply chain partners. Appointed as Commercial Director in 2020, Michael leads business development and SAAS financial operations driven by highly responsive levels of customer service for Soundcraft clients.

Lee started his Soundcraft career in 1998 as a Bench Joiner and Wood Machinist. Driven by a focus on future-led technology and design, his vast technical manufacturing experience spans the company’s timber, hybrid and aluminium product sectors. Having progressed to the position of Director of Production in 2020, Lee now oversees all aspects of Soundcraft products from development and specification to delivery and installation.
