Soundcraft has fulfilled a major contract for specialist contractor Ruddy Joinery Ltd at one of the most striking schemes on the central London skyline.
Appointed by Ruddy to deliver high-performance products as part of a £3m joinery door package at Triptych Bankside, Soundcraft supplied to exacting standards for the newly unveiled luxury development located on 185 Park Street, SE1.
Specification for each apartment entrance required Soundcraft’s fire resistant FD30S doors, designed in dark walnut stained oak veneer with inlaid brass strips into the face, and Secured by Design fully certified to PAS24 rating, tested and assessed for high security performance levels. 
Soundcraft also successfully supplied internal flush doors and those throughout communal areas, together with all doors to the commercial office block for this prestigious project designed by acclaimed London architects Squire & Partners.
The £400 million mixed-use development comprises two residential towers of 14 and 18 storeys with 169 apartments and an 85,000 sq. ft low-rise office building, set among 29,000 sq. ft of retail, wellness and cultural space.
Triptych Bankside is described as a luxury architectural destination on the Southbank. Contemporary and sustainable, with an emphasis on distinctive design and high-quality finishes, its three sculptural buildings with a curved façade are created to reflect works of art – and its name pays homage to a set of three associated artworks intended to be appreciated together.
The stunning new development presents panoramic views across London at high level with communal parkland settings at ground level, providing a natural extension of the Bankside Urban Forest initiative, which aims to enhance the area by adopting an ecological approach to design.
