Designed to provide direct digital links to real-time data held at Soundcraft’s HQ in Kent, the Soundcraft team, armed with the latest iPads, can access secure, precise and instant information for customers on-site, via its new bespoke software system.
Soundcraft’s Commercial Manager Michael Bishop, who worked closely on the project, said: “This technology keeps our finger on the pulse of every customer requirement, wherever we are located. Primarily developed for site-based functions and secure client sign-off, the Soundcraft system also directly links our teams on the ground to a vast toolbox of real-time information; from risk assessments and regulations to drawings, ordering and specifications – enabling far greater control of the project remotely.”
