We are pleased to announce our appointment to work alongside main contractor Durkan Ltd for client Wandsworth Council on the refurbishment of the Castlemaine Tower residential block in Battersea, London.
The £2.1m contract, which is the largest to be secured by Soundcraft to date, will include the removal and replacement of the 21-storey tower’s existing windows and curtain walling to help improve the thermal performance of the building envelope.
We will be providing a high-performance solution by supplying systems from our Hybrid composite timber aluminium range. Combining exceptional thermal efficiency with low-maintenance requirements, we will be installing tilt and turn Hybrid windows and Hybrid curtain walling.
With work to remove and replace the exterior cladding now underway, Soundcraft will commence on 9th January 2019.
