Appointed by Rooff Ltd for Thurrock Council, Soundcraft has provided integral curtain walling and facet screens at the Argent Street scheme in Essex.
As part of a development to provide 29 new council homes, Soundcraft’s skillful team completed the manufacture and installation of ground floor curtain wall systems to establish a communal entrance for the five-storey residential block and curtain walling for the council office meeting rooms.
Alma Court, an award-winning development in Grays, called for Soundcraft’s high-performance SF52 Curtain Walling and incorporated a faceted section, connecting with a large parapet cladding detail, enhancing the building design. Transformation of the former Tops Club site to provide sustainable social housing fitted out to high specification also included the Soundcraft Communal Security Doors installation of AFT Integrity Doors and Senior Architectural Systems SPW500 thermally broken commercial doors.
