Following the company’s director succession announcement, Soundcraft is forging ahead in its development strategy with the internal promotion of Alan Rickman to the role of Estimator.
Alan has been part of the Soundcraft team for 24 years. Having started out on the timber assembly bench, he progressed to the machine shop, training and gaining experience, before transferring to the aluminium windows and doors sector of business, successfully rising to Assistant Factory Manager.
He now joins the estimating team, bringing exceptional knowledge of Soundcraft projects, driven by his valuable insight and qualifications to meet specifications in this key position.
