As principal contractor, Soundcraft has successfully completed the first phase ground floor commercial units for Acton Lane’s extensive Park Royal project in London.
Working with Acton Lane Investments in conjunction with Montpelier Estates, the Soundcraft team skilfully supplied and installed thermally efficient, high-performance SF52 curtain walling and SP501 commercial doors ahead of first stage schedules.
Comprising key commercial space, ranging from 1,216 sq-ft to 4,662 sq-ft, with unit one already let to leading brand Greggs and unit two now completed by Soundcraft, this progressive London development is situated directly adjacent to the main entrance for Central Middlesex Hospital, with the upper floors providing 99 assisted living homes for the project and community.
