As part of Soundcraft’s ongoing development and the improvement of our services, we are delighted to announce our certification to ISO9001:2015 – the internationally recognised Quality Management Standard developed by the British Standards Institution BSI.
Having continuously met the requirements of the various ISO quality standards since 1997, we recently underwent a full audit across all of our services and products. By successfully demonstrating meeting the requirements of the new standard, we have now made the successful transition from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015.
Designed to provide businesses with a framework to ensure the highest levels of quality and customer service, the latest version of the ISO9001 standard has been developed to better reflect a variety of modern-day challenges such as complex supply chain processes and risk management, and to provide greater focus on ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a key part of Soundcraft’s business strategy, upholding the requirements of the new ISO Quality Management Standard will help to support the continual improvement of our full range of in-house services which include the design, manufacture and installation of high-performance doors, windows and curtain walling solutions.
