In its second successful project with Vistry Partnerships, Soundcraft has undertaken the complete design, manufacture and installation of curtain walling, doors and windows for Notting Hill Genesis and Southwark Council, working in partnership to regenerate the Aylesbury Estate in South East London. 

Soundcraft was appointed by main contractor Vistry Partnerships for the delivery of thermally-efficient, high-performance aluminium systems at the ‘Plot 18’ site, a new community development scheme that will incorporate 122 mixed-tenure homes utilising Senior Architectural Systems products manufactured by Soundcraft.

In addition, the development will also generate a new neighbourhood hub, featuring a health centre, library, nursery, retail spaces, community centre and public square.
