Soundcraft Renews Secured by Design Licence

Fully Glazed SBD Communal Security Doors

Soundcraft has renewed its Secured by Design (SBD) license for the Integrity Range of Steel Communal Security Doors, following successful factory audit inspection and testing by Exova Warrington.

The testing was to STS 202 (which is similar to LPS 1175); Burglar Resistance Level 2 (BR2) was achieved. This ensures continued certification under the Certisecure Scheme.

The Integrity Range offers specifiers, particularly those working in social housing, with an unrivalled range of designs for communal security doors – from fully glazed doors to traditional portcullis doors.

Doorset sizes up to 1200mm width  x 2200mm height are available, with magnetic locking as standard.
Integrity Range fully glazed doors and screens have been frequently used in new housing association schemes by, for example, London & Quadrant, at their Haggerston development in East London. Taylor Wimpy were the main contractor.
